Mr. Brandon Craig, Principal of MacArthur Junior High School

Mr. Brandon Craig serves as Principal of MacArthur Junior High School and is in his 23rd year in education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Arkansas State University and a Master of Science in Education from William Woods University.

Mr. Craig is passionate about building strong relationships, fostering a positive school culture, and supporting both academic growth and student well-being. He believes every student deserves to feel known, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.

He is married to his wife, Bridgette, and they have three sons—Kale, Pierce, and Eli. Outside of school, Mr. Craig enjoys traveling with his family, attending sporting events, and spending time at the lake.

Mr. Franklin Teague, Assistant Principal of MacArthur Junior High School

Hello, I'm Mr. Teague, the Asst. Principal of Student Services. I oversee student safety, security, and discipline for our campus. On the daily I work closely with our team of counselors, Mrs. Kelley and Mrs. Barnett along with Dean of Students Mr. Moore to make our campus the best in the district. I've worked in the district over 10 years now, and I call this place home! I'm married to my lovely wife Cynthia Teague and we have 3 children together who all attend school within the district. Dr. Adam Eckard, Assistant Principal of MacArthur Junior High School

Dr. Adam Eckard is beginning his 11th year in education. He earned his BSE from Williams Baptist University, his M.Ed. from William Woods University, his Ed.S. from Arkansas State University, and his Ed.D. from William Woods University. As the assistant principal of school improvement, Dr. Eckard works closely with teachers, instructional coaches, and district specialists to promote teaching and learning at MacArthur. Dr. Eckard promotes data-driven decision-making and team-oriented approaches to ensure students are provided with the best instruction and support possible. Dr. Eckard is married to Nicole Eckard, and they have two children: Malik and Aubriella. In his free time, Dr. Eckard enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
